Instead of authors giving up their book rights and accepting whatever royalty agreement the publisher deems appropriate, LandMarc keeps the rights to the book firmly in the author's hands. LandMarc uses a subsidized-royalty publishing model unique to the industry. Our authors pay LandMarc four payments throughout the process, which cover a percentage of the costs of getting your book to market, while a small percentage is then retained by LandMarc for the books that are sold.
